Playing the course

The Boschenmeer golf course was originally known as the Paarl golf course but due to the development of the Boschenmeer Estates has now been incorporated into the development and has become home to the Paarl golf course. The Boschenmeer golf course was thus redesigned and rejuvenated to become the only 27 hole golf course in South Africa.

The Boschenmeer golf course offers golfers tree-lined fairways, well position bunkers and an array of water hazards. This coupled with the large and well undulated bent grass greens and four different tee boxes offers the golfers of all levels a good test of golfing skills. The course is divided into three nines the River nine, hole 1-9, the Paarl nine, hole 10-18 and the Boschenmeer nine, hole 19-27.

At the Boschenmeer golf course you are required to wear golfing on the course with soft spike. Collared shirts are to be worn and men are required to were a belted pants but denims may not be worn by any golfer at the Boschenmeer golf course. Gofers who do not conform to the dress regulations will be asked to leave the course. It is also important to bring to your attention that the housing estate is considered to be private property therefore golf balls may not be retrieved from that area.

Course facilities

The Boschenmeer golf course has an advanced golfing academy with high-tech computer training assistance that enables the precise analysis of backswing, downswing and the exact moment that the club face makes contact with the ball.
